I really did not feel like doing my cardio yesterday. I've had a funky stomach the past 2 days and I was using every excuse to not exercise, but I did anyways. I'm really pleased with myself for getting through it though. And I actually got in a full minute at level 10, so that's an improvement.Still working on getting used to eating cottage cheese. The Breakstone Small Curd variety is much better than the store brand that I tried to eat the other day. I even mixed a tiny bit with some splenda last night and ate it!

Meal 5: 9:15pm
2 lite beers
large salad with grilled chicken, caesar dressing on side
bread stick :(
