C1W2D5

I really did not feel like doing my cardio yesterday. I've had a funky stomach the past 2 days and I was using every excuse to not exercise, but I did anyways. I'm really pleased with myself for getting through it though. And I actually got in a full minute at level 10, so that's an improvement.

Still working on getting used to eating cottage cheese. The Breakstone Small Curd variety is much better than the store brand that I tried to eat the other day. I even mixed a tiny bit with some splenda last night and ate it!

Meal 1: 9:45am
3 ew/1 we fried in pan
1/2 cup oatmeal with a little milk and splenda

Meal 2: 12:45pm
3oz enchilada chicken
1/2 cup brown rice
peach

Meal 3: 3:15pm
Asian Beef Stir Fry
1/2 cup cottage cheese with splenda

Meal 4: 6:15pm
2 Fiber One Bars :(

Meal 5: 9:15pm
2 lite beers
large salad with grilled chicken, caesar dressing on side
bread stick :(
